What We're Looking For
We want to connect with professionals who have:

• 58+ years of Java development experience in production environments

• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST microservices

• Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud (config, circuit breakers)

• Production experience with Kafka (high-throughput message processing)

• AWS cloud expertise (EC2, EKS, multi-AZ deployments)

• Proficiency with Hibernate/Spring Data and database optimization

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform

• Strong Linux/Unix skills

• Track record of performance optimization (50%+ latency reduction)

• Java Streams API, multi-threading, concurrent programming

Nice to Have:

• Financial services or trading systems experience

• DevOps/CI-CD pipeline experience

• AWS certifications
