Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
  
• Build and maintain scalable, distributed systems leveraging Apache Kafka.
  
• Integrate backend applications with PostgreSQL databases.
  
• Ensure services are cloud-ready and deploy them within AWS environments.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across distributed systems.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following TDD principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
  
• Strong understanding of Apache Kafka concepts and distributed system patterns.
  
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP API design and implementation.
  
• Experience working with WebSocket for real-time communications.
  
• Practical experience deploying applications on AWS cloud services.
  
• Effective communication skills with a proactive and independent working style.

Nice to Have:

• 
  Experience working with OpenStreetMap data.

• 
  Familiarity with routing libraries such as pgRouting or GraphHopper.

• 
  Experience integrating external systems such as Pekao Connect, TPay, or Comarch ERP.
