Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are high-volume and low-latency, delivering high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and other technical issues.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting them for architectural review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design.
• Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
• Experience with Spring Boot and other Java frameworks for creating RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Database knowledge: Familiarity with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus if you have exposure to frontend frameworks like Angular or React).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good understanding of code versioning tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Docker.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban.
• Exposure to frontend technologies is a plus but not required.
