Java Developer (Fresher) – Computer Science Background

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of the SearchBlox Enterprise Search Platform by working on core components of the system.
• Assist in designing, coding, and testing new features, ensuring high-quality and production-ready code.
• Resolve technical issues and contribute innovative solutions to improve search scalability, relevancy, and user experience.
• Collaborate with the technology leadership team and work alongside experienced engineers to learn and grow in your role.

What You Will Do:

• Work with Core Java and J2EE technologies to develop and maintain key parts of the platform.
• Gain hands-on experience with the UNIX platform and Elasticsearch.
• Be part of the team that develops and improves core product features for enterprise-level search solutions.

Preferred or Good to Have:

• Exposure to REST API services.
• Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Rust.
• Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its application in search technologies.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (Mandatory).
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in Java Development (Fresher with strong academic projects/knowledge in Java can apply).
