Java Project Manager – Telecom Sector

We are seeking an experienced Java Project Manager with a strong background in the telecommunications sector to lead the delivery of Java-based software projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end software development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering telecom solutions within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with hands-on experience managing Java software development projects.
• Proven experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of Java technologies, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience managing telecom OSS/BSS, billing, CRM, provisioning, or network-related projects.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
