Java SDK / Library Developer

Proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Maps API/SDK and ArcGIS Enterprise Server administration.

Experience with Angular 14 or higher and responsive UI design using Material Design.

Experience in Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure API Management, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.

Experience with PostgreSQL, PostGIS data design, and Power BI enterprise reporting.

Experience with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements and WAI-ARIA digital accessibility standards.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Lead the design and development of a cloud-native unified traffic data platform.

Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

Develop spatial data integrations and geoprocessing services using the Esri ArcGIS suite.

Orchestrate containerized application deployments via Azure Kubernetes Service and Docker.

Construct enterprise reporting layers and interactive dashboards with Power BI and PostGIS.

Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies utilizing jUnit, Jasmine, and Karma.

Ensure digital product compliance with Section 508 and ADA accessibility standards.
