Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and AWS .
• Contribute as an individual contributor with hands-on coding and implementation.
• Lead and participate in technical discussions , design reviews, and solution brainstorming.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to development code and deployments .
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and manage version control, build, and deployment pipelines using Git and CI/CD tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced/Expert-level proficiency in Java and AWS (must-have).
• Strong experience in designing and developing scalable, reliable applications.
• Hands-on expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Practical knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in design discussions and deep technical conversations .
