Java Spring Boot Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Java Spring Boot Developer with around 2 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java frameworks, RESTful APIs, microservices, and database management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.
• Work on integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Ensure security and data protection in all applications.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong command of Java 8+ and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and MVC architecture.
• Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA for ORM.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Working knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Spring Security.
• Knowledge of Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with Unit Testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
