Role: Java Sr. Software Engineer

Must Have Skills:

• Backend server-side development (Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Rest API, Microservices)
• 5+ years of experience in Microservice Development using Java
• Cloud experience (AWS)
• SQL (RDS/Postgres/MySQL) & NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB)
• Functional programming experience with Java or Haskell

Good to Have (Secondary Skills):

• Scala Microservices
• CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Netflix Spinnaker)
• Jenkins

Soft Skills:

• Strong collaboration across teams
• Ability to deliver high-impact features

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tier-1 microservices
• Build asynchronous cloud-based processes for data transformation
• Participate in architecture & code reviews
• Work on technical design aligned with business needs
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM processes (Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, etc.)
• Own features end-to-end with scalable, robust architecture
• Provide on-call support for critical services on a rotational basis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams & ramp up on new technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹570,237.82 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
