JavaScript Developer

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced JavaScript Developer (Expert in WebGL, animation and Interactive Libraries) to join our web development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating interactive 3D visualizations, smooth animations, and immersive front-end experiences using Three.js, GSAP, Lenis.js, Vue.js, and related JavaScript frameworks/libraries. You will collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and UX experts to deliver visually stunning and high-performance web applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and implement 3D models, animations, and interactive scenes using Three.js, WebGL, and related libraries.

2. Create smooth, engaging user interactions with GSAP, Lenis.js, ScrollTrigger, and similar animation/scroll libraries.

3. Build and integrate modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or similar) into immersive projects.

4. Optimize 3D assets, animations, and rendering pipelines for high performance across devices.

5. Work with design teams to transform static concepts into dynamic, scroll-based, and interactive experiences.

6. Implement real-time rendering, lighting, shaders (GLSL), and visual effects.

7. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for seamless experiences.

8. Debug, test, and maintain applications for performance, scalability, and stability.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Good proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Good experience in Three.js and WebGL for building 3D experiences.

• Understanding with 3D modelling tools (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.) for importing and optimizing assets.

• Understanding of shaders (GLSL), lighting, and material systems.

• Familiarity with animation systems, rigging, and morph targets.

• Knowledge of performance optimization for web-based 3D graphics.

• Experience with Git and modern front-end workflows (Webpack, Vite, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
