Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards HR Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing HR-related modules within the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in HR processes and have a background in quantum engineering to support innovative system solutions. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the optimization of HR operations through technical excellence and strategic insight.

Duties

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations within JD Edwards.
  • As the primary IT owner of the HR module and sub-systems interfacing with them, you will provide effective solutions to the HR & Payroll teams to address business scenarios, and guide them through the appropriate business processes related to setting up Employees, PDBAs, AAIs, budgeting, Payroll runs in the system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as B/A with the following JD Edwards Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement & Subcontract Management, Contract & Service Billing, and Service Work Orders.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $168,500.00 per year
