Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Consultants to join our CaratLane franchisee store in Dhanbad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, showcasing jewellery, closing sales, and delivering a delightful customer experience. Candidates with prior retail counter sales experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in jewellery sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Showcase jewellery collections (gold, diamond, silver, etc.) and explain product features, pricing, and certifications.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Handle billing, POS operations, and basic documentation as per store process.
• Maintain product display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in inventory handling, stock movement, tagging, and daily stock counts.
• Support store operations during promotions, festivals, and special sales events.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Minimum 6 months of retail counter sales experience (any retail segment).
• Experience in jewellery retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English will be an advantage.
• Presentable personality with a customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery products (gold, diamond, purity, pricing) is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude and learning mindset.
