Jewellery Factory Accountant

Job Title: Jewellery Accountant

We are hiring an experienced Jewellery Accountant to join our Gulf jewellery factory in Dammam. Only candidates with jewellery industry experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting for gold, diamonds, and jewellery inventory
• Maintain weight-based records, purity tracking, and stock reconciliation
• Monitor production entries, wastage, returns, and job orders
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and management for accurate costing
• Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards and internal controls
• Maintain VAT compliance (ZATCA)
• Manage gold stock ledger (24k/22k/21k/18k)
• Handle supplier payments, purchase entries, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with production manager for material requirement planning (MRP).
• Maintain consumables inventory (chemicals, tools, polishing materials).
• Track tool issuance to workers and maintain return logs.
• Support procurement by verifying supplier quotations, LPOs, and delivery notes.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience in the jewellery industry
• Strong knowledge of gold/diamond weight calculations, purity, and valuation
• Experience with jewellery ERP systems.
• Good understanding of cost accounting and inventory control
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Dammam
• Strong Excel and reporting skills

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
