Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Jewellery Intern to join our team. The internship will provide hands-on exposure to the jewellery industry, covering aspects such as customer engagement, product knowledge (gold, diamond, polki, kundan, gemstones, jadau etc.), showroom operations, and sales support. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to build a career in the luxury and retail jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist sales consultants in attending to walk-in customers.
• Learn and support in handling different jewellery categories – gold, diamond, kundan, polki, and gemstones.
• Maintain showroom displays, stock arrangement, and inventory records.
• Support in customer follow-ups, inquiries, and relationship management.
• Assist in billing and documentation process under supervision.
• Gain exposure to showroom promotional activities and events.
• Work closely with senior team members to understand end-to-end jewellery retail operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / pursuing graduation (preferably in fashion, retail, jewellery design, or related fields).
• Strong interest in jewellery, luxury products, and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a learning mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) will be an advantage.
