Sevan Bıçakçı began his apprenticeship at the Grand Bazaar at the age of 12 and launched his brand in 2001. Since then, the Sevan Bıçakçı brand has been creating one-of-a-kind jewellery.

The brand operates boutiques in Miami, Zorlu Center, Galataport, the Grand Bazaar, and Ankara, and its designs are also available in select international stores. The workshop functions as both a production space and a platform for creative collaboration across different disciplines.

Drawing inspiration from Istanbul’s cultural and architectural heritage, as well as from mythology and nature, Sevan Bıçakçı has received the Couture Design Award eight times.

Sales Assistant - Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will help create a welcoming shopping environment, support product display, and contribute to the overall organisation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them during their shopping experience.

• Support the sales consultant with daily sales activities and customer relations.

• Share product information and complementary products.

• Maintain tidy and visually compelling product displays.

• Respond to customer inquiries in person or via phone with courtesy and professionalism.

• Assist with stock control, including replenishment and inventory monitoring.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent command of English is required; candidates will be assessed through a comprehensive English proficiency test.

• Basic math skills to support stock handling.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

• Organisational skills to maintain store order and presentation.

• Previous experience in jewellery retail or customer service is an advantage.
