The Jewellery Consultant is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience by understanding customer needs, presenting jewellery collections, and converting inquiries into sales. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences

Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and precious stone jewellery collections

Explain product details including purity, pricing, certifications, and making charges

Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

Handle walk-in customers, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally

Convert leads into store visits and successful sales

Maintain accurate billing, CRM entries, and customer records

*

Coordinate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Ensure showroom presentation and display standards are maintained

Stay updated on new collections, offers, and jewellery trends

Skills & Requirements

1-5 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery sales practices

Fluent in Hindi, English, and local language
