Jewellery Sales Associate - Dubai

The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting the Company and brand. The individual will have to manage the entire sales cycle from display and merchandising, housekeeping, customer interface, closing sales, and reporting. Must have experience in building long term relationships with customers, customer service and generating repeat sales. Candidates with experience with large jewellery brands are preferred.

• Maintain a high level of Customer Service in line with Company standards.
• Ensure customer concerns are addressed suitably.
• Achieve sales targets and exceed the same, keeping the customer in mind.
• Effectively managing opportunities to Up Sell and Cross Sell.
• Ensure display standards are maintained at all times, Handling tasks including cleanliness, tidiness and replenishment.
• Comply with security policy, and minimize stock loss.
• Create customer loyalty, driving repeat customers.
