Job Summary
Rizan Gold & Diamonds is hiring experienced Retail Sales Executives for our showrooms across the UAE and Oman. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in gold and diamond jewellery sales who can deliver strong customer service and consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting gold and diamond jewellery
• Drive showroom sales and achieve assigned targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build repeat clientele
• Maintain product knowledge (designs, pricing, trends)
• Ensure proper display, safety, and handling of jewellery items
• Support day-to-day showroom operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in gold and diamond jewellery sales
• Experience working in retail jewellery showrooms preferred
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus)
• Presentable and customer-focused
• Willingness to work in UAE or Oman (flexibility is important here)
