Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of U.A.E Experience in fine diamond jewellery sales with good knowledge about diamonds and gemstones.

- The fluency in spoken English
- Passion about sales and jewellery.
- Great selling and communication skills
- Ready to join immediately

Key Responsibilities
- Inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience to all by using your excellent product and brand knowledge.
- Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
- Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information, thus building and maintaining a clientele base.
- Advising customers on general information about product/brand heritage, features, warranties and trends and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for luxury products.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service experience to after-sales customer visiting the stores by following the store’s after-sales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures.
