The Art of the Role (Key Responsibilities)

  • Orchestrate the Guest Experience: Welcome local and international patrons with polished professionalism, transforming a standard retail visit into a memorable, tailored luxury consultation.
  • Creative Storytelling & Sales: Match clients with pieces that reflect their personal milestones by articulately conveying the heritage, craftsmanship, and design inspiration behind our collections.
  • Cultivate Client Portfolios: Proactively build and manage relationships with a high-net-worth clientele, maintaining elegant and consistent post-sale communication.
  • Curation & Visual Merchandising: Utilize an aesthetic eye to present and arrange our gold and gemstone collections, ensuring the showroom floor reflects the highest standards of luxury presentation.
  • Technical Consultations: Provide expert guidance on gold purities, market rates, and gemstone characteristics, serving as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor.
  • Showroom Security & Integrity: Adhere to strict security protocols regarding high-value inventory control and accurate transaction processing.

Candidate Profile (Requirements & Qualifications)

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience with Gold and Silver
  • Creative Mindset: An innate appreciation for design, fashion, and luxury trends, with the ability to think creatively when presenting pieces to diverse clients.
  • Polished Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., English, Arabic, Russian, or Hindi) is highly advantageous in our global hub.
  • Trustworthiness: A high degree of integrity, attention to detail, and reliability in handling luxury inventory.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work standard retail hours in a dynamic, fast-paced showroom environment.
