We’re seeking a driven and creative Buyer to take ownership of key merchandise categories—balancing art, analytics, and instinct to deliver an exceptional product assortment. This role oversees product selection, vendor relationships, inventory performance, and visual presentation strategies to create a seamless and inspiring customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Curate and manage product assortments that reflect customer trends and drive category growth.
• Partner with vendors to develop exclusive products and negotiate pricing, terms, and support programs.
• Use sales analytics and forecasting tools to optimize inventory levels and reduce slow-moving stock.
• Create visual merchandising and planograms that make shopping intuitive and engaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to align product stories across all channels.
• Monitor competitive activity and customer insights to keep assortments relevant and distinctive.
• Manage purchase orders, pricing strategies, and markdowns to meet margin and profitability goals.
• Lead product testing and lifecycle transitions—from launch through clearance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• 2+ years of buying experience in retail—jewelry, apparel, or fashion accessories preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with proven ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with merchandising systems.
• Highly organized, curious, and collaborative with a passion for product and trend.
• Occasional travel for trade shows or vendor meetings.
