Job Title: Jewelry Designer

Experience

* 2–3 years of experience in jewelry designing

* Experience jewelry brands only.

We're looking for Jewelry Designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and developing innovative jewelry collections aligned with brand aesthetics, market trends and customer preferences. The role involves creating design concepts, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with production teams and ensuring designs are feasible for manufacturing while maintaining quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop original jewelry designs including rings, necklaces, earrings, bangles, bracelets, and customized pieces.

* Create hand sketches, CAD designs and detailed technical drawings for production.

* Research market trends, customer preferences and competitor collections to create commercially viable designs.

* Coordinate with CAD team, merchandising and production departments for prototype development.

* Select appropriate gemstones, metals and materials based on design requirements and cost considerations.

* Ensure design feasibility, manufacturability and cost efficiency.

* Review prototypes and suggest modifications before final production.

* Maintain design documentation and design libraries.

* Support seasonal collection launches and new product development initiatives.

* Work closely with sales and marketing teams for customer-specific or bespoke designs.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Strong creative and visualization skills.

* Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and gemstone settings.

* Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or similar).

* Understanding of diamond grading and gemstone characteristics.

* Attention to detail and aesthetic sense.

* Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.

Qualifications

* Diploma / Degree in Jewelry Design, Accessory Design, Fashion Design or related field.

* Certification from recognized jewelry institutes preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
