The Luxury Operations Objective
Situated in the iconic Diamond Tower in Al Qurum, BiDiamonds Tech is seeking a Jewelry ERP Specialist to manage the digital backbone of our high-value asset operations. This is a specialized role for a professional who understands that in the diamond industry, technical accuracy and security are inextricably linked. You will be responsible for the architecture and maintenance of the systems that track our inventory from raw acquisition to final retail display in Muscat’s most prestigious district.

Specialized DNA & Impact Areas

• Specialty ERP Governance: Lead the administration and customization of jewelry-specific enterprise software (e.g., Jewel-IT, GemLogic, or bespoke ERP modules), ensuring 100% precision in gemstone grading and valuation data.
• Inventory Lifecycle Tracking: Manage the digital chain of custody for high-value assets, integrating RFID or barcode technology to ensure real-time visibility across the Diamond Tower facility.
• Secure Logistics Integration: Oversee the technical synchronization between inventory systems and secure shipping protocols, ensuring that insurance and customs documentation are automatically and accurately generated.
• Valuation Reporting & Analytics: Develop high-level reporting dashboards that provide the executive team with real-time insights into market pricing, stock velocity, and procurement trends.

Candidate DNA

• Professional Foundation: 5+ years of experience in ERP administration or systems management, specifically within the luxury goods, jewelry, or high-value manufacturing sectors.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and experience with specialized inventory management systems; familiarity with secure POS integrations.
• Linguistic Standards: Advanced C2-level proficiency in professional English is required for technical documentation and international supplier coordination.
• Visual Documentation: Proficiency in using Loom to record internal "how-to" guides for sales and logistics staff regarding inventory protocols or new ERP features.
