Job Summary

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
• Demonstrate jewelry products, including product demos, to highlight features and craftsmanship
• Assist customers with selecting jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and budgets
• Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Upsell complementary products and promote special collections to increase sales
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves appropriately
• Manage inventory by stocking new merchandise and ensuring the sales floor remains tidy and inviting
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments
• Support supervising staff with tasks such as product demos, merchandising, and stock management as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service, product knowledge, and effective communication skills

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in jewelry or luxury retail environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math
• Experience in supervising or leading sales teams is advantageous
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to upsell products while maintaining a genuine interest in customer needs
• Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management
• A professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills suitable for a luxury retail setting
