Job description: Privately owned company contracted with FedEx Ground to deliver and pick up packages out of the Mabelvale, AR FedEx Ground Terminal.

Seeking FULL TIME PERMANENT FedEx Delivery Drivers. If you are a RELIABLE, HARDWORKING, TEAM FOCUSED individual, we'd love to have you on our team!

Delivery Driver Pay:

• $1.80 to $2.00 per stop (equates to $1,000/week or more with productivity)
• Bonuses available
• Paid weekly - direct deposit Delivery(payroll runs Saturday-Friday)

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• 6 months commercial driving experience within the last 3 yrs preferred (ex- Amazon, medical courier, military, landscape)
• be at least 21 years old
• have a valid driver's license (MVR will be checked)
• be able to pass a drug test & DOT physical (no cost to you)
• be able to pass a background check
• have a working smart phone & willing to use it on the job for GPS & communication have reliable transportation to and from the terminal

This operation runs Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated stops, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload packages, handle items with care, and perform necessary lifting and moving tasks.
• Verify recipient information, obtain signatures as required, and maintain delivery records using mobile devices or GPS tools.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery windows and address any issues or delays.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures; perform pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance as needed.
