Jio is looking for an experienced
Jio Center Manager (JCM)
to lead overall business performance, operations, and customer experience for a high-impact Jio Center. This role drives sales, ensures seamless operations, strengthens partner productivity, and leads multi-functional teams to deliver superior customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do

Deliver overall
sales, revenue & customer acquisition targets
for the Jio Center

Oversee smooth daily operations, administration & service delivery

Optimize
productivity, resources, and cost efficiency
of the center

Ensure compliance with
statutory, regulatory & commercial
guidelines

Manage permissions/approvals required for
local projects & deployments

Build strong relationships with
channel partners
to enhance throughput

Drive customer retention, manage escalations & improve NPS
-
Lead, coach & motivate cross-functional sales, service & support teams
What We’re Looking For

10–14 years of experience in
telecom, operations, sales or service leadership

Strong P&L understanding with the ability to manage budgets & commercial controls

Solid project management and execution capability

Excellent
team management, influencing & problem-solving
skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external stakeholders
