We are looking for a detail-oriented JMS Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SAP operations, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring seamless customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Operations: Manage end-to-end SAP processes, including creating/updating equipment cards, job registration, and closure.
- Documentation: Handle issuance of job call forms and maintain precise records for sales, warranty, and service.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the SAP Administrator for new customer/unit registration and share bi-weekly open job lists with Engineers and Group Leaders.
- Customer Relations: Manage communication regarding the "Introduction of Call Centre" and maintain updated CRM records.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily operational reports in the prescribed format.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation or Master’s degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (Preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP and CRM software, strong communication skills, and excellent reporting abilities.
