JOB: BILLING ENGINEER/MANAGER

Job description

• Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings for all Interior Fitout projects.
• Have experience in all Interiors projects execution billing. Pan India. (Retail, Hospitality & Commercial Interior projects)
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender
• Prepare & process subcontractor bills
• To take the measurement from the site engineer
• To get work done as per the protocol of the company
• Review the quantities item listed
• Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
• Checking measurements
• Bill certification

Qualification

• Candidate must have B.E./B.Tech In Civil Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in interior projects billing and costing (Retail, Hospitality & Commercial interior projects)
• Must have CAD Knowledge
• Should be good in MS Excel and MS word
• Co-ordination and communication with related departments
• Attention to Detail and keep all documentation
• Willing to Travel Pan India for projects Billing.
