Job Coach Scheduler

General Duties: Schedule job coach coverage of assigned/authorized work hours, to the percentage required, for persons with disabilities employed through the supported employment program; complete required paperwork/reports; perform varied administrative support duties related to supported employment case management and program-related activities; and perform job coach duties, as needed.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; clerical training/experience; technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Access; minimum 2 years’ experience performing office/clerical/coordinator and/or scheduler duties; certification in first aid and CPR; valid CA driver license and clean driving record; experience working with persons with disabilities preferred. Must pass fingerprint and drug test.

Wage range: $18 to $22 per hour – DHE relies on market indicators to determine compensation and an offer will consider various factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and training.
