Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a creative and driven intern to support our marketing and design efforts while gaining real-world experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Graphic Design Intern will support our engineers and planners by providing creative and visual design assistance for project-specific needs from concept through completion. This role will collaborate closely with technical and marketing team members to develop clear, engaging, and on-brand graphics that help communicate complex ideas effectively. In addition to project-based design support, the intern will assist with creating visual content for proposals, social media, and marketing collateral to strengthen brand communications and outreach. This position offers hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced professional services environment where creativity and technical problem-solving intersect.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital assets including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, proposals, email templates, and presentations
- Assist with social media content planning and scheduling (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Help update and maintain the company website and blog (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Contribute to brainstorming and campaign planning sessions
- Support photo/video editing and organization of marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Conduct market or competitor research as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, with strong emphasis on InDesign), and/or Canva
- Strong visual design and layout skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools a plus
