Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead all commercial, business development, and brand-building initiatives for Measurement & Control Systems (Pvt.) Limited. The role involves driving sales growth, developing market strategies, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing marketing activities—particularly in industrial automation, instrumentation, control systems, power plants, oil & gas, and related engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Ø Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Ø Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, power, oil & gas, and EPC sectors.
Ø Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Ø Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand the client base.
Ø Conduct market visits, site surveys, and client presentations.
Ø Manage entire sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
2. Key Account Management
Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for major customers (power plants, utilities, refineries, EPC contractors, OEMs).
Ø Build long-term relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ø Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for timely delivery and after-sales support.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
Ø Lead and develop the sales & marketing team.
Ø Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project departments.
Ø Ensure CRM and reporting systems are maintained accurately.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Ø MBA in Marketing/Business Management (From a reputable university).
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics. (preferred).
Ø 5–10 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or engineering solutions.
Skills & Competencies
Ø Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ø Ability to develop business strategies and execute marketing plans.
Ø Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
Ø Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and technical documentation.
Ø Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
