About the Role

We are seeking a highly meticulous and technically sharp Interior Design Inspector with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. Operating from the ID Consultant’s perspective, you will be our primary eyes and ears on-site, assisting the Senior Designer in ensuring that complex design intent is flawlessly executed.

This role requires someone who doesn't just look at a surface, but understands the technical foundation and detailing required to deliver true luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Inspection: Conduct site inspections representing the ID Consultant, ensuring all fit-out work strictly aligns with approved construction drawings, material samples, and design specifications.
• Luxury Finishes: Oversee and sign off on high-end architectural finishes, ensuring an uncompromising standard of craftsmanship.
• Marble & Stone: Inspect premium stone works, including dry-lays, book-matching, joint alignments, and final polishing.
• Millwork & Joinery: Supervise the installation of complex custom millwork, integrated wardrobes, and detailed paneling, checking for precise tolerances, hardware functionality, and seamless interfaces.
• Snagging & Reporting: Generate detailed, technical snag lists and coordinate directly with main contractors and fit-out sub-contractors to ensure swift, flawless rectification.
• Designer Support: Assist the Senior Designer during critical site milestones, client walkthroughs, and technical coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years of solid experience in interior design site supervision or inspection, specifically within the luxury residential, boutique, or hospitality sectors.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of joinery detailing, marble installation techniques, and material interfaces. You must know how things are built, not just how they look.
• Location: Must currently reside in Dubai or be able shift to Dubai immediately
• Notice Period: Immediate availability is highly preferred.
