Manager / Senior Manager – Digital Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Digital Sales & Marketing professionals to strengthen our revenue growth across NTV Digital, Bhakthi TV, and Vanitha TV platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital sales and marketing strategies

• Handle ad sales for digital platforms (Website, YouTube, Social Media, Apps)

• Identify new business opportunities and brand partnerships

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ad agencies

• Prepare sales proposals, media plans, and presentations

• Coordinate with editorial and creative teams

• Track campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of digital advertising and media sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proven sales performance record

• Understanding of electronic, digital, and print media

Qualification:

Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
