Tajheez Al-Moeddat Co. Ltd. is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to support project execution by sourcing suppliers, obtaining technical and commercial offers, managing procurement pipelines, and ensuring efficient delivery of goods and services to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source equipment, parts, services, and solutions required for ongoing contracts and upcoming projects
Build and maintain a solid supplier and vendor database (local and international)
Issue RFQs and collect technical and financial proposals from suppliers
Compare proposals and prepare commercial bid analysis, evaluation sheets, and recommendations
Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, warranty, and payment terms
Coordinate procurement activities with engineering, projects, and contracts teams
Track procurement status, shipments, and delivery schedules
Manage logistics follow-up, including export/import coordination when needed
Support project execution by ensuring on-time availability of materials and services
Maintain procurement records, supplier evaluations, and cost saving reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
Must be based in Cairo, Egypt
Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management Experience in industries related to defense, aviation, heavy equipment, industrial supply, or engineering projects is highly preferred
Ability to communicate with global suppliers and evaluate technical offers
Strong commercial negotiation capabilities
Excellent English (written & spoken)
