Experience: 10–15 Years (MUST be in HOT Forging Shop)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Candidate must have strong mechanical maintenance expertise in the following machines & systems:

Forging Machines

HOT Forging Presses (Mechanical) – 600 Ton to 2500 Ton

HOT Forging Screw Presses – 400 Ton to 600 Ton

Trim Presses (Mechanical) – 100 Ton to 800 Ton

Knuckle Joint Presses

Coining Presses

Hydraulic Presses

Mechanical Systems Maintenance

Clutch System of HOT Forging Presses – 600 Ton to 2500 Ton

Brake System of HOT Forging Presses – 600 Ton to 2500 Ton

RAM Assembly of HOT Forging Presses – 600 Ton to 2500 Ton

Heating & Handling Equipment

Billet Heaters

Billet Loaders

Other Equipment Knowledge

Ball Screw & Lead Screw Mechanisms

Mesh Belt Furnaces & Normalizing Furnaces

Reduce Rolling Machines

Shearing Machines

Circular Saw & Band Saw

Hydraulic System Maintenance

Required Skills:

✔ Breakdown & preventive maintenance

✔ Spare management and shutdown planning

✔ Mechanical troubleshooting expertise

✔ Team handling capability
