About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated
Procurement Officer
with experience in Facilities Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and contracts, while maintaining compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for FM materials, services, and contracts.

Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, and issue purchase orders (POs).

Negotiate pricing, terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and delivery schedules.

Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers; maintain and update vendor database.

Collaborate with Facilities Management, Engineering, Projects, and Finance teams.

Monitor inventory levels and support procurement for company assets.

Ensure adherence to company policies, UAE regulations, and VAT compliance.

Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in internal/external audits.

Track supplier performance and address delivery or quality issues proactively.

Prepare basic procurement and expenditure reports.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of the UAE Facilities Management supplier market.

Understanding of contracts, SLAs, and procurement compliance requirements.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

3–6 years of procurement experience in Facilities Management, real estate, or construction sectors.

Professional certification such as CIPS or CPSM is an advantage (preferred but not mandatory)
