CBM is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee and manage our accounting team at Naval Anchorage, Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of accounting principles, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills, with hands-on experience in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support the accounting team.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of records.

Review journal entries, ledgers, and financial data.

Ensure proper implementation of double-entry accounting principles.

Manage monthly and annual closing activities.

Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide guidance.

Coordinate with management on financial matters and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.

Strong understanding of double-entry accounting and financial reporting.

Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.

Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
