JOB PERFORMER

We are seeking an experienced Job Performer (JP) with a strong background in Oil & Gas projects across the GCC region. The ideal candidate must have hands-on field experience, strong knowledge of PTW systems, and the ability to execute and supervise site activities in compliance with HSE and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Civil Job Performer under the Permit to Work (PTW) system
• Execute and supervise civil activities such as excavation, concreting, grouting, paving, structural works, and foundation works
• Ensure compliance with approved permits, method statements, and risk assessments
• Coordinate with Area Authority, Permit Issuer, and HSE team
• Conduct toolbox talks prior to job execution
• Verify site conditions, barricading, isolations, and safety controls before work begins
• Ensure safe excavation practices and underground service clearance
• Monitor subcontractors and workforce to maintain safety and quality standards
• Stop work immediately in case of unsafe conditions
• Maintain proper documentation of permits and daily reports

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of GCC experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Strong knowledge of PTW systems (ADNOC / ARAMCO / QatarEnergy preferred
• Valid safety certifications (H2S, Confined Space, Work at Height, etc.)
• Good understanding of HSE regulations in oil & gas environments

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
