Job Placement & Corporate Relations Manager (Male/ Female)

Our organization related to Human Resource sector and provides Career Development, Employment facilitation and Job placement services. Our office located at Main PWD Road, Islamabad.

We are looking for suitable candidate for position of Job Placement & Corporate Relations Manager (Male/ Female)

Key JD’s:

• Facilitate skill development programs for candidates.
• Process individual internships and job placements in the private sector.
• Establish MOUs with private sector stakeholders to support candidate placements.
• Secure bulk hiring orders from corporate clients and ensure successful execution.
• Introduce and promote the organization’s corporate services to potential clients.
• Develop growth plans and strategies, and implement them as required.

Position Eligibility:

• Qualification: Business Administration, HR, Management, or Social Sciences
• Age: 25 Years to 40 Years

Experience:

• 2–4 years in individuals / Bulk job placement in corporate sector companies.
• Experience in bulk hiring and corporate client management preferred.
• Good working relation in corporate sector companies / organization.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage corporate client relationships
• Recruitment and placement expertise
• Strategic thinking and ability to implement growth plans
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Office timings: 09:00am to 06:00pm. (Monday to Saturday)
