This exciting role combines daily operational and property support with innovative media content development, offering a unique opportunity to scale a real estate investment business to new heights. We are looking for a unique multi-hyphenate who can streamline daily activities and tenant relations while crafting engaging, high-energy digital content that documents the journey—from property management chaos to skateboarding through different regional neighborhoods.

​This role starts part-time, but it is designed to transition into a rewarding, full-time position as our media presence, audience metrics, and real estate portfolio grow.

​Duties & Responsibilities

​You will split your time between structured operational management and creative digital production:

​Operations & Workflow Management: Assist with day-to-day business functions, handle tenant outreach, log maintenance requests, and efficiently coordinate/allocate contractors to ensure smooth property operations.

​Media & Show Production: Act as our primary filmmaker and social media consultant. Capture high-quality video and photographs to produce an engaging, documentary-style show about real estate, lifestyle, and skateboarding culture.

​Digital Marketing & Content Strategy: Develop eye-catching visual content using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere). Schedule posts and monitor engagement across platforms using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.

​Audience Growth & SEO: Conduct social listening to track industry trends and audience feedback. Implement baseline SEO strategies, keyword research, and web analytics to optimize content performance and maximize our online visibility.

​Position Requirements

​Equipment: Must possess and be highly proficient with a good, professional-quality camera capable of cinematic video production.

​Mobility: Must own a reliable vehicle and maintain a strong willingness to drive out of state for property oversight, inspections, and filming trips.

​Skills: Strong multitasking and proofreading abilities to ensure all outward-facing tenant communications and media posts are polished and aligned with our standards.

​Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" Factors)

​Experience or background in engineering, construction, or hands-on property maintenance.

​An interest in robotics, automation, and tech-forward real estate construction.

​Familiarity or comfort with skateboarding culture (vital for keeping pace during filming).

​Compensation, Growth Path & Terms

​Base Pay: $15.00 - $18.00/hour, paid bi-weekly.

​Hours: 15–25 hours per week to start, with a flexible hybrid schedule.

​The Growth Track: Clear performance metrics will be established. As audience engagement metrics (views, subscribers, reach) hit targets and the investment portfolio scales, this role is explicitly intended to transition into a salaried, full-time career position.

​Travel Reimbursement: Mileage or gas stipends provided for out-of-state and long-distance driving.

​Protective Clauses: The final contract will include a standard Confidentiality/NDA agreement to protect proprietary investment strategies, tenant data, and unreleased media footage.
