Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Job Supervisor with a strong background in luxury residential custom building and remodeling. This role is ideal for someone who understands the level of detail, precision, and client sensitivity required in high-end custom homes and large-scale luxury renovations.

About the Role
Oversee the day-to-day construction activities of luxury custom homes and high-end remodeling projects. This position is responsible for maintaining quality standards, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring schedule adherence, and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the construction process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, takes pride in craftsmanship, and has extensive experience managing residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Site Supervision

• Manage daily operations on assigned construction sites.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, building codes, and company standards.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and workmanship.
• Ensure job sites remain organized, clean, and safe.

Quality Control

• Inspect completed work for accuracy and adherence to design intent.
• Identify and resolve construction deficiencies before client review.
• Maintain Urban Edge Homes' standards for luxury craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Coordinate punch list completion and project closeout activities.

Client Communication

• Serve as the primary field contact for homeowners during construction.
• Provide regular progress updates and communicate upcoming project milestones.
• Address homeowner concerns professionally and promptly.
• Foster a positive client experience throughout the building process.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Coordinate project schedules through Buildertrend and other company systems.
• Confirm material deliveries and verify product selections are available when needed.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with building officials.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, architects, and trade partners.

Budget Awareness

• Monitor project activities to help minimize unnecessary costs and delays.
• Track change orders and communicate field impacts to project management.
• Assist with documenting project progress and cost-related issues.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce company safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Ensure subcontractors maintain safe working practices.
• Verify compliance with local building codes and permit requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction supervision experience.
• Experience with luxury custom homes and high-end remodeling projects required.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
