Key Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with Clients and Service Providers.
• Monitor and manage the daily operations and each Client's exposure.
• Structure Deals in coordination with the Commercial Team.
• Provide instructions to service providers and collateral managers (transport forwarders, warehouses, inspectors and laboratories).
• Ensure the security protocols stipulated by KT are being followed for commodity transportation and storage.
• Prepare Payments and invoicing.
• Reconciling and follow up on weights, sampling and assays.
• LME/hedge instruction/position & price follow up.
• Follow up and execution of sales through doc LCs, doc collection and open account.

Role Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in operations at a physical commodity trading house or producer.
• Experience with metals and concentrates in Southern Africa region.
• Exposure to inland African logistics and supply chain.
• Experience with customs rules in South Africa, Zambia, DRC and Tanzania.
• Understanding of Metals and Concentrates production.
