The Role

We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This is not a slow office job—this is a fast-paced, problem-solving role where you’ll be coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and staff, and keeping everything organized behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate daily cleaning schedules across multiple properties
  • Communicate with clients, property managers, and team members
  • Handle last-minute call-offs and find coverage quickly
  • Manage service requests, work orders, and follow-ups
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and employees
  • Support invoicing, billing, and basic administrative tasks
  • Order supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Help with hiring (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, screening candidates)
  • Keep operations organized and running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of administrative, dispatch, or operations experience
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in cleaning, property management, or service-based businesses
  • Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software
  • Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience

  • Monday–Friday
  • Occasional after-hours communication for urgent coverage
