The Role
We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This is not a slow office job—this is a fast-paced, problem-solving role where you’ll be coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and staff, and keeping everything organized behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules across multiple properties
- Communicate with clients, property managers, and team members
- Handle last-minute call-offs and find coverage quickly
- Manage service requests, work orders, and follow-ups
- Assist with onboarding new clients and employees
- Support invoicing, billing, and basic administrative tasks
- Order supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Help with hiring (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, screening candidates)
- Keep operations organized and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of administrative, dispatch, or operations experience
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in cleaning, property management, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software
- Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience
