Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Seller Central Specialist to take ownership of our brand’s presence on the Amazon marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing product listings for maximum visibility, managing FBA logistics, and ensuring the overall health and profitability of the account.

Key Responsibilities

• Listing Management: Create, manage, and optimize high-quality product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords) using SEO best practices.
• Account Health: Monitor the Seller Central dashboard daily to resolve policy violations, suppressed listings, and customer feedback issues.
• Inventory & FBA Logistics: Oversee stock levels, create FBA inbound shipments, manage removals, and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts.
• Advertising (PPC): Set up and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) to maintain a healthy ACoS/ROAS.
• Data Analysis: Generate and analyze weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, conversion rates (Unit Session Percentage), and competitor activity.
• Brand Protection: Manage the Amazon Brand Registry, address "hijackers" or unauthorized sellers, and implement A+ Content and Brand Stores.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and manage the returns/refunds process to maintain a 5-star seller rating.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM).
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Viral Launch.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to interpret marketplace data.
• SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of Amazon’s A9/A10 algorithm and keyword research.
• Communication: Excellent written English for crafting persuasive product copy and communicating with Amazon Seller Support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international marketplaces (Amazon UK, EU, CA).

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
