Job Title: Blockchain Developer (Solana / Web3)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer with strong experience in Solana, DeFi, and trading automation to help build and scale our high-performance trading platform. You will work closely with backend, frontend, and trading strategy teams to design, optimize, and integrate blockchain components, including wallets, on-chain interactions, and real-time execution engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain on-chain integrations with Solana programs, DEXs, liquidity pools, and RPC endpoints.
• Design and optimize transaction execution pipelines for trading strategies (arbitrage, AMM swaps, signal-based execution).
• Implement secure wallet management, transaction signing, simulation, and sending flows.
• Create and manage Web3 integrations, including WebSocket subscriptions to on-chain accounts and program logs.
• Optimize RPC performance, including load balancing, caching, and failover strategies.
• Work with backend teams to implement blockchain-related APIs (FastAPI or similar).
• Develop bots/automations for DEX trading, liquidity provision, and cross-exchange arbitrage.
• Create dashboards or monitoring modules for blockchain performance and on-chain metrics.
• Ensure high security standards for key management, signing, and trade execution.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for scaling blockchain-heavy components.
• Collaborate with frontend team on wallet connectivity, user balances, transaction previews, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Solana blockchain development.
• Proficiency with Solana tools: Web3.js, Anchor, Solana RPC, Program Derived Addresses (PDAs).
• Experience building or maintaining trading bots, arbitrage systems, or liquidity protocols.
• Ability to work with Solana DEXs (Serum, Orca, Raydium, Jupiter, etc.).
• Solid understanding of DeFi concepts: AMMs, liquidity pools, swaps, slippage, orderbooks.
• Proficiency with Rust (for on-chain programs) OR deep understanding of interacting with Rust programs off-chain.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, WebSockets, transaction batching, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of cryptographic concepts: signing, keypairs, hashes, security best practices.
• Strong debugging skill for on-chain and RPC-related issues.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Direct contributions to Solana open-source projects or DeFi protocols.
• Experience building high-frequency execution systems or latency-sensitive pipelines.
• Knowledge of other chains: Ethereum, Cosmos, Sui, Aptos, etc.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Understanding of trading strategy evaluation, simulations, and backtesting.
