Job Title: Business Developer / Upwork Bidder for Digital Agency – International Clients Only

We are looking for an experienced Business Developer, Upwork Bidder, or Lead Generation Specialist to help our digital agency generate international clients.

Our company, INGENIOUS HUT, provides services including WordPress development, Shopify development, eCommerce websites, social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, branding, graphic design, and video editing.

The selected person will be responsible for finding international clients, sending proposals, communicating with prospects, and helping us close paid projects.

Responsibilities:

• Find relevant international leads and job opportunities.
• Apply to suitable Upwork jobs with customized proposals.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, and other online platforms.
• Communicate professionally with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with our internal team.
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
• Follow up with leads and help convert them into paid clients.
• Maintain lead tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of digital agency services.
• Ability to write personalized proposals instead of copy-paste templates.
• Experience generating clients from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, or the Middle East will be preferred.
• Must be consistent, professional, and target-oriented.

Compensation Structure:

This is a target-based role focused on international clients only.

Monthly target: $1,000 in closed business.

Below $500 monthly business:
No basic salary, only 10% commission.

$500+ monthly business:
PKR 20,000 basic salary + 5% commission.

$1,000+ monthly business:
PKR 20,000 basic salary + 10% commission.

$1,500+ monthly business:
PKR 20,000 basic salary + 15% commission.

$2,000+ monthly business:
PKR 30,000 basic salary + 20% commission.

Commission will only be paid after the client payment has been received by INGENIOUS HUT. Leads, meetings, proposals, and unpaid invoices will not be counted as closed business.
