Job Title: Childcare Teacher (Infant/Toddler/Preschool) – Openers & Closers Needed

<Job Summary>
We are seeking dedicated and patient teachers to join our team for our 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM operational hours. We are specifically looking for Early Morning Openers (starting at 5:00 AM) and Closers (finishing at 5:00 PM).

<Responsibilities>

• Welcome children and their families with warmth and professionalism during opening or closing shifts, ensuring a smooth start or end to their day.
• Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including play-based learning for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Work closely with the owner and fellow teachers to ensure smooth transitions throughout the shift
• Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other caregiving duties essential to nurturing young children’s well-being.
• Multitask to ensure flow inside the classrooms

<Qualifications>

• Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings is highly preferred but not required. We are willing to train!
• CDA or equivalent
• Certifications in first aid and CPR are required
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining flexibility during opening or closing shifts.
• Strong communication skills to engage positively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
