Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist (MA, LVN/RN, or Pharmacy Technician)

Schedule: Full-time (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Pay: Starting at $20/hour (higher based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist with a background as a Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Pharmacy Technician. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with medical information, enjoys analyzing healthcare costs, and is passionate about helping others navigate the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret medical records, documentation, and terminology
• Assist with healthcare cost analysis and utilization review
• Support administrative and clinical workflows with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and email
• Contribute to improving efficiency and cost-conscious decision-making in healthcare services
• Creating and managing prior authorizations for prescriptions

Qualifications

• Certification or licensure as an MA, LVN/LPN, RN, or Pharmacy Technician
• Prior clinical experience required (clinic, hospital, pharmacy, or similar setting)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and email communication
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and cost-related analysis
