Duties

• Develop and produce engaging multimedia content including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts that highlight our construction projects and music brand initiatives
• Manage and schedule social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and audience feedback to inform content strategy
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for designing visuals and editing videos that captivate our target audiences
• Perform keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase online visibility and drive traffic to our website and e-commerce channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding efforts, public relations activities, and promotional campaigns including Facebook Advertising
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies
• Support relationship management efforts by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering community growth through effective social media management

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, best practices for social media marketing, and tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for optimizing content reach
• Experience with photography techniques suitable for digital content creation
• Ability to craft compelling copy with excellent proofreading skills that align with branding guidelines
