Location: New Braunfels, TX (Hybrid – Filming + Editing)

About the Role

We are building a high-output, multi-brand content engine across several brands (bail bonds, investigations, podcast, and lifestyle).

This is not a basic social media job.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Film content (on-site + in-office)
• Edit short-form video quickly and efficiently
• Help scale daily content across multiple platforms

If you only have experience with Canva posts or basic Instagram management, this is not the right role.

What You’ll Do

• Film short-form content (Reels, TikToks) during scheduled sessions
• Edit high-volume short-form video (10–20+ clips per day when batching)
• Create multiple variations of content (different hooks, captions, angles)
• Schedule and organize posts across multiple accounts
• Repurpose content across brands
• Maintain a clean, organized content library

What This Job Is NOT

• You are not the primary face or voice of the brand
• You are not responsible for overall strategy
• You are not running ads

You may occasionally appear in content when needed, but the primary on-camera presence will be the owner.

You are the execution engine that helps scale content.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong experience editing short-form video (TikTok/Reels)
• Ability to edit quickly without overthinking
• Understands hooks, pacing, and retention
• Comfortable filming content on iPhone or camera
• Organized and reliable
• Can handle fast-paced, high-output environments

Preferred

• Experience working with multiple brands/accounts
• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of social media trends

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• 2–3 filming days per week (in person)
• Remaining time: editing, scheduling, organizing

Pay

• $22–$28/hour (based on experience and speed)
• Growth opportunities available for high performers
